Stopped Working Correctly

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my Grandson and he loves it. The problem is it stopped working correctly less than 2 days after Christmas. The toy still makes the cute sounds but movement completely stopped. I requested a replacement which was delivered yesterday and my Grandson again was so excited cause he loves this toy. But once again and this time, in less than 30 minutes, the toy stopped moving but still made the cute sounds. The batteries that came with it were replaced with brand new batteries but no resolution in the issue. My grandson has chosen to keep this Scrat even though it doesn't work properly. I'm very disappointed as a customer in paying this much for a toy that only half works and as a Grammy for my grandson having two experiences with this toy not working properly.

Love this Decoration

I love having Scrat around as a decoration piece. He adds a nice warm and calming presence. I originally got this as a Christmas gift but decided to get a second one to put in my car. :) Overall Rating: 11/10

Adorable

My Grandson loves Scrat! This little guy was well made and is high quality. I’m sure he will be a favorite toy. The sound that he makes is adorable and my Grandson played with him all day.
