Works for Barnett ts380 crossbow.
Using with a Barnett crossbow TS 380, this works very well. As others have mentioned the bolts are nearly impossible to pull out by hand, but it can be done. I would recommend a bolt puller. It does stop bolts coming from my crossbow at 20 yards with about four or five inches before the Fletching. All in all this seems like a great crossbow target. It also seems like it will last for a while. Very happy with the purchase.

Good, but not as advertised (in terms of effort needed for arrow removal).
The advertising copy advertises "EASY ARROW REMOVAL - Our open-layered design stops arrows with friction not force for easy arrow removal" and "In just a few seconds, the heat dissipates, and the bolt releases, allowing for easy one-handed removal." I've lifted weights, and for that matter lifted weight machines, and I do not find easy, one-handed removal. It stops a high-speed crossbow bolt before the fletching, but I've found that it takes a struggle to remove bolts with one hand, or for that matter two. I've purchasedhigh-friction rubber jar openers and can now twist an arrow with both hands to break it free from what may be friction stoppage at high temperatures. Once the arrow has been twisted enough to break friction, it pulls out relatively easily, but I've found the advertising of "easy one-handed arrow removal" to be quite inaccurate. Possibly the target is stiffer when it's new, and possibly it is not at all a trivial feat to make a target that will stop a high-speed crossbow bolt before the bolt penetrates to the fletching. However, I would wish for more straightforward advertising. If you buy this, buy some good rubber grip on or off Amazon . My best results at breaking the initial position of a bolt have been after wrapping the bolt in one layer of rubber grip and holding the arrow tightly with both hands like a pen, squeeze tightly, and then twist (clockwise or counter-clockwise; don't try to change where the arrow is pointing). The arrow removed easily after that. I'm strong enough that I shouldn't need to really struggle to get an arrow free, and it is a genuine challenge (I tried pliers at first) to twist an arrow free. There may be other ways to free a bolt, but my best advice to loose an arrow is to: 1: Get a rubber jar opener. 2: Wrap it around the back of the arrow so that there is one layer of rubber between your fingers and the arrow. 3: Grip the arrow with both hands with a standard grip for a pen (i.e. so that for both hands you are grasping the arrow with your thumb, index finger, and middle finger). 4: Twist clockwise (or counter-clockwise) to break initial resistance). 5: Once the arrow has been turned, pull it out. This is using a field point on one of the large black target faces. I have not tried broadheads.

Works well at 30 yards and beyond
Works well at 30 yards and beyond, the pictures included with this review are my bolts when shooting from 20 (not recommended). Once shooting at 30 yards and beyond the arrows only penetrated about 10-12' deep. The arrows are very tough to remove but that is to be expected with a tough as nails archery target like this one. I am shooting a crossbow advertised at 405 fps (more like 385 fps I've been told) I do not have a chronograph although. My bolts weigh 440 grains. Overall a great target as long as you do not expect to shoot at least than 30 yards with a 385 fps crossbow or higher.

Great Crossbow Target but HARD to Remove!
Purchased this target at the same time as my very first crossbow, a 400 fps Barnett Whitetail Pro STR. The target was awesome stopping these high speed 22 inch bolts well before the vanes. Pictured are three field points a Rage mechanical broadhead, all stopped at about the same depth of penetration. About a half inch of the broadhead and one field point poked through the opposite side. I'm a big strong man and found removal by hand utterly impossible and frustrating as all get out. In looking over other posted reviews I saw someone shared that they ordered a set of rubber jar openers, thin very flexible discs designed to help open stubborn jars. I ordered the same exact set and waited a week with those darn arrows sticking out of my target. Just tried them and they work FANTASTIC! A short twist and a straight pull back had each one, including the broadhead out in about 15 seconds. I really like this target but HIGHLY recommend getting yourself a set of those jar lid grippers. An absolute necessity to fully appreciate and enjoy this excellent crossbow target!

Pulling Bolts out from this Target/Stop, extremely difficult.
The weight and visibility is acceptable. Takes a lot of effort to disengage the Bolts. Overall, it does the job.

Doesn't last. Arrows also get buried to the fletching's shooting around 350fps+
I bought the target in june, its now mid November and its not doing too great. Moderate use throughout that time. The middle is pretty much shot out, and it caused me to lose an arrow today because of it. Zipped right through and yeeted into god knows where. Its not a terrible option but there's better options for the money. I think its a little bit misleading to claim its a 'crossbow target' when literally every bolt ive shot into it is buried to the fletchings. Its not terrible, it just doesn't last long. pretty disappointed I got that little use out of it, and I have to avoid shooting certain areas because bolts will zip through.

Don't do it
You can't get arrows out. I bought a Delta McKenzie Speedbag Revolver Bag Target for $30 from Scheels and it stops the arrows just as well and you can pull them with just 2 fingers.
