Holds up well

I've been a highly-rated tennis player since I was in my teens. At my peek I was playing or practicing about forty hours a week. The one thing I was always teased about is that I would wear weight lifting gloves while I play to prevent sweat from affecting my stroke and racket control. Hey, Lendel had sawdust, I have a glove. At any rate, I bought these gloves when I moved to California and the temperatures regularly exceeded 100 degrees. I thought they worked really well, though the fabric was thinner than I was used to and moved around on the fingers. Don't tell the manufacturer, but I just cut the fingers off and that problem was solved. That's how I used to play anyway. The gloves are lightweight, fit well, and overall I was very pleased.

Decent, but didn't help with blisters

I was really hoping this glove would prevent blisters on my palm, but it seemed to actually make me blister more quickly than normal. The palm of the glove where the butt of my racket digs in seemed to show quite a bit of wear after a couple of hours, although it hasn't torn so I don't know if this is a real problem yet. It might just be the leather stretching. Sweat management isn't great. I played on a warm -- but not hot -- day on which I normally wouldn't sweat much from my hands, but I did sweat a fair bit in this glove. On a hot day it would have been really bad. All that said, this glove does grip the racket pretty well. With some athletic tape over my blister areas and on a cool day I think this glove would work quite well. If you have a less aggressive grip on your racket (so the butt isn't resting in your palm), this glove might help prevent some more minor tennis blisters and callouses.

The glove didn't fit...

I measured my hand precisely as illustrated on the sizing video and ordered accordingly. When I received the glove, the palm was too large, so I could not grip the racquet properly. I returned the glove and tried to reorder the next smaller size (large), but this size was out of stock. So, I'm searching for a glove from another manufacturer.

Not as durable as I thought

I used the glove on a moderate basis (2-3 times a month) for 3 years...material tore near the seam...see 2 pictures.

Excellent tennis glove if you suffer from moist hands

I've been using Bionic Tennis Gloves for several years. I prefer the color scheme of the PTR version, but color is the only difference. My hands tend to perspire which adversely affects my ability to grip the tennis racquet handle. The bionic tennis glove solves this problem. I usually order just the right-hand version, but sometimes a left-handed friend also wants one, so we split a full set. Also you may want a full set for cold weather. The bionic tennis glove has reasonable durability. It lasts me about 3 months which is over 50 matches.

Good for Pickleball too!

I do not play tennis anymore. I play pickleball and I like this glove. It does not get wet and slippery and it is light weight but gives me a good grip. I like it for gripping the paddle which is important in any paddle/racquet sport!

Works perfect for my sweaty hands

I grew up playing baseball from elementary school to high school and always wore batting gloves, so when i took up tennis recently and kept having the racquet slip in my hand i thought a glove would be a good fix. My fiance has played tennis her whole life and said no one wears gloves in tennis, but i thought screw that, i'll try it anyway. It works perfectly for me, the racquet never slips anymore!

Great Glove for Tennis

Ok you can get a tennis glove far cheaper I'm sure, but this one really does the job. My problem is cold hands when playing outdoors over the winter, or even indoors on unheated courts. The vital thing for me is to be able to change my grip during a rally. (I have a single handed backhand so change from a forehand to backhand grip) This glove allows you to do that with ease. It is important to measure your hand, as per the graph, so you get the right size of glove. Well done to the manufacturers for getting this right!

Excellent if you need a glove

I need to wear a glove to protect the skin on my hand. This glove does an excellent job. Nearly as good as not wearing a glove. However, I would prefer not to wear one...

Muy funcional
