Just buy it.

This hat is wonderful. It doesn’t ride up over your ears when you are working and does a great job of cutting the wind.

Small, thin, cheap. One size fits pygmies.

Very tight. My head is size 7 3/8 and the hat is tight - not just snug. Coverage wise, it's more like a skull cap than a beanie, it barely covers the ears. The material is very thin. This hat probably cost the manufacturer about $.50 and it's worth about $2. I'll be gifting mine to the next tiny headed kid I see wandering the neighborhood.
