Switch stops in middle position not completely off or completely on

The switch is great if you are doing a single switch, keep in mind that the switch stuck in the middle position first and clicks, does not mean your light switch is completely off, its sitting half way bearly between on and off position which is dangerous of you are planning on working on the light, another effect is when the switch sits in that position it will affect the other switch if you are having it in a 2 way switch hook ups. But its well built, but keep in mind that the switch tends to stop in middle position everytime you use it.

Exactly what I needed

Exactly what I needed to replace a light switch in a wet area. It was easy to replace the previous light switch in a couple of minutes.

Not the right switches for three way switching

I replaced similar switch plates & switches serving 2 exterior light fixtures. As the switching was three way I should have ordered switch plates only and separately ordered three way switches. The gaskets were a little tricky to align. Peel and stick would have probably made it easier.

Good product

Fits well on the junction box, comes with a switch, a gasket and mounting hardware. The inside slider activating the switch required minor bending to come in contact with the switch.

Love this switch, installer at ankle height for exterior lights, can turn on/off with a flick of a foot
