Finally a toy we can leave out!

There are very few toys that we can leave out for our 11 month old golden. Which is a shame because as a small puppy, we taught him to bring us a toy to initiate play instead of nipping. Ropes or stuffies never lasted more than a few minutes so they always had to be taken away. One time he brought us a benenbone to play tug. So I tried this as a last resort. Finally something we can keep out for him! It’s not completely indestructible. He has figured out how to pull bits of tread off. But he chewed hard on it for a solid 20 minutes and it’s still intact with the exception of a few small tread pieces. Can’t say that for 99% of the other dog toys on the market! UPDATE: OK, so it's definitely not indestructible. After a few days of dedicated gnawing, he has almost chewed through the yellow ring so we can't leave him too unsupervised with it. I'm still going to leave it as 5 stars since it's the best tug toy that I have found so far and we have tried a lot! I may buy another one and just make sure I don't let him freely chew on it for any length of time.

Durable

Very Durable. Our dog has gone through every toy we’ve bought within an hour. This is one that she loves and plays with often and so far has withstand the test of time. It’s been a few weeks and it is all still in tact.

Fun Tug O War Can be Chewed Apart

Bought this tug of war toy for my standard poodle and grandpup (lab mix). They will play keep away or tug of war for hours with a half eaten rubber Ball. But for some reason they will not do that with this toy. She does like to play it with us. But for some reason she always wants the middle smaller yellow ring instead of the black one. She also likes to chew on the smaller yellow ring and gets pieces off. Removed one star due to that. She is not an aggressive chewer and we can usually just tell her to leave it or put it up.

I have a 45 pound 5 month old pittbull. He has chewed on this for a month now and it's still intact. Love it. If he does destroy it I will be purchasing another one.

So far not destroyed!

I got this about a little over a month ago and at fist was a little disappointed at the size. I thought for sure my 110 lb lab & 90 lb pit would destroy in in a couple days like most of their toys. This has some how outlasted most of their toys. Great tug of war toy, it’s not too hard so it bends a little which is great to hold on to. Def going to buy another one if this one ever gives.

Pup loves it

I bot this for my son's dog bc he was chewing everything. It was more than I wanted to pay for a dog toy, but my son loved his Tonka trucks and I thot he'd get a kick out of it. The pup loves it. We live next door and he stays in my yard if my son is going to be late getting home. When I go get him, he always gets this and brings it with him.

So glad I ordered this! I’m always skeptical about dog toys being durable, the rubber is thick and very durable! Good quality product, great for our bully!

It’s small

My dog is a 68 pound American Bully. She likes it so that’s good, but it’s on the small side for such a big dog and heavy chewer. I will update in a month to see if it lasts. My other dog had a tire that lasted 12 years, hopefully Tonka will be as tough as they claim

Chew toy for my son

People look at me funny when I say I bought a dog toy for my son, but he's a 25 year old autistic man who likes to chew and needs the oral stimulation. This seems sturdy enough that I won't have to worry about him accidently biting a piece off and choking and because they're rings they're easy for him to hold or clip to his wheelchair. Would definitely recommend for any chewers whether dogs or children

Tough toy for medium - large dogs

Finally a durable chew and tug of war toy for my golden retriever 10 month old dog. This should last for a very long time. We are very happy with this product :)

My boy is a super chewer black kongs last 48 hours and these rings so far are amazing he’s chewed on them nonstop, and no cracks or even signs of damage yet
