Nice set

Really like this set Very easy to clean only problem not really a problem they are very heavy a little nervous about it breaking my stove top take care not to drop. One thing I do not like is the lids do not have a vent hole most pots and pans without the vent hole can be hard to cook with have to tilt and lid handle s do get hot. Very pleased with the set was a little expensive but worth a price hopefully will last a very long time.

Great nonstick surface

Surprised at how great the surface is. Thought there would be a sacrifice for leaving teflon... these are as good or better. Cleanup is super easy.

Best pans yet

Haven't had them for long, so I can't speak to long term quality. But so far they're the best pans I've had. And I love the way they look. Tried a couple of different brands when it became obvious that teflon was problematic. Some were just ok. If you come across a brand called "Scan Pan" save your money, they were terrible.

8qt. Steamer is missing

This Cookware set seems nice (the missus likes them) but we haven't used them yet. We only received 15 of the 16 pieces. The 8qt. Stockpot Steamer is missing so customer service says we have to return the whole set because they don't make the steamer separately. Has this happened to anyone else? I mean the cookware set seems solid and I would like to reorder another one. But I don't know if I should because of this experience. EDIT: I have reordered another cookware set. I hope I can update this review after she has actually used the set. EDIT#2: I Reordered and received another cookware set and still no Steamer. But there's 16 pieces in the box this time. I think there's an extra lid. I'm trying to talk the missus into keeping the cookware but ???
