Good heat transfer and no stick surface

Very happy with how well these transfer heat. Honestly almost too well, as I have to be careful when trying to simmer anything. The nonstick costing has lasted quite well so far. I use silicone spatulas and do gentle hand washing only. They also clean very easily. Haven't noticed the color changing feature to be helpful at all.

Haven't been able to figure out the "red dot" -- but pans are a delight to use

First meal cooked in the pans was a weekend breakfast, and I will say, these make cooking an elevated experience. The pans delivered fluffy, fluffy pancakes, curly, just-right bacon, and evenly-cooked eggs, and were very easy to wash up. The only quibble I have is that the "thermo-heat technology" just doesn't really seem to work? The dot never brightens (or turns solid). The little red facets always remain visible to my eye. So, on that note, I usually let the pans heat up on low heat for 2 minutes or so, and they're ready (or I do the "drop of water evaporation" test). Other than that, these pans are wonderful.

Awesome pans

I've used the smaller one and medium one way more than the large one. I seasoned both of them with Olive Oil how the instructions say to do so. They still work perfectly! I use plastic spoons to stop scratching. They're keeping their coating pretty good. Highly recommend them!

Not Your Old-Style T-Fal cookware

We have had these for about two weeks and the wife just loves the new design. The bottom of the pans is what impressed me in that they seemed to have a good firm non-slip surface on the burners, which makes them much easier to use. Non-slip on the cooking surface is great, I even burnt cheese and a small steak, and both just washed away with the water and soap like Dawn. My wife and I are both impressed with this 3-piece cookware set. We are just so glad that T-Fal is keeping tradition with making quality products. also, we received this 3-piece pan set with no damage, way to go shippers.
