Non toxic no stick pans

The non toxic pan choice update. Finally got my pans last week and tested one tonight, with of all things… eggs. A++. A little butter and dropped the scrambled eggs in, added cheese and let cook. It was almost impossible to flip them because they were sliding around so much it was hard to get the spatula under them, melted cheese and all. Very happy with them. ????

These are simply the best

These pans make me want to find more things to put in a skillet. The non-stick is amazing! I've used plenty of non-stick pans, but these really do perform like the ones in those ads where, if you tilt the pan, the egg just glides across. Bonus points to these pans for being beautiful, too. Love these things!

Great as always

I do love these pans. The only gripe I have is the white ceramic coating. The older set I have had a grey ceramic and it was much easier to see things that I needed to remove from things like egg shells but still the same quality I have come to love!

So far, so good, but don't use olive oil.

I have only had these a week but cook on them every day. the instruction says to use low to medium heat and a small amount of oil when cooking. I have cooked eggs, sausage, pork and beef using this method and the pans wipe clean very easily and had nothing to stick. Also use a plastic utensil. Only drawback is the manf says do not use olive oil and that is mainly what I cook with so I switched to vegetable oil. Olive oil over time will damage them. They do get hot very quickly and evenly so you do not need high heat. I just used a little cold water and they cleaned up fine. Be sure to wipe dry with soft cloth. Will update in a month or so.

Have Not Used Pans yet

I have not used my pans yet. They are beautiful and first wash was easy. I will update once I have tried them. They are as described; packed well to prevent damages.

Excellent Pans

I have used calphalons in the past and I find that these pans cook food different. Used as instructed, food on these pans slide right off the pans and food really do not stick to them. That makes cleaning them very easy as well. I'm very pleased with this purchase and find that the price is reasonable.

Small Size not that great - Large Pans Amazing

Smallest pan is discoloured and steel holding handle to pan is discoloured also. White ceramic a little scratched around rim. The other two sizes are great and wash unbelievable but the smallest size might be a lemon

Stay clear dangerous

Very poor construction the screw that holds tge handle came loose causing hot oil and vegetables to splatter on stove when i lifted it up almost caused a fire complete junk
