Best pan

I love this pan. We’ve purchased a lot of pans. We’ve put them through some serious cooking and each time they just fail. This pan, this pan is amazing. It always goes back to its nonstick and we use it on an open flame. I was worried about that. I keep it at a low to medium flame and everything is fine. *I haven’t used it as an oven pan and wouldn’t I have a cast iron skillet for that*

So far, so good.

I bought this because my 20 year old non stick pan started sticking. I’m loving this pan so far. I eat a lot of eggs and they don’t stick at all. I still use a little oil, mainly for flavor but a light coating of cooking spray would work great.

Perfect Size!

Initially I purchased a 12" pan but realized that it was too large for my needs and returned it. This 10" is perfect for a single person. It's light enough to handle yet durable and doesn't show signs of warping, and the sides are deep, enabling room to maneuver cooking utensils. I like it.

Not tippy

I have yet to use the fry pan, but I'm already giving it 5-stars. Why? Because the pan isn't tippy on my gas burner grates when empty. For me, that's a huge win.

Great pan. Great price

Great frying pan at a great price! Bought the 10” and tried it a while and then bought the 8”. I have some $50-60 pans that this one will replace.

Good product and customer service but need better shipping/transportation

One thing we like is it is flat unlike previous well know produces We bought 8 inch one, then 12”. The last one arrived several days late and deformed. I sent back for replacement. The replacement arrived within a few days and good. Quality of both were good. I then ordered 10 “ one. It didn’t arrive several days past promised date. I called the currier to find out they hadn’t received from Amazon. I talked to the customer service. They have options of refund and replacement shipping. I am now waiting for the arrival of the replacement in good condition. In conclusion, the product is good and customer service is good but there is a room for improving shipping/transportation

excellent non stick pan

We have a small one for eggs and for reheating food in smaller amounts and we have the large one which I use only for sauteing sliced meat and veg and sauces for stir fry's etc - i use it like a wok but not on such high heat. I never use either one of these pans on high. You can push the food to the perimeter of the pan because it is such a good size - if you want to add more veg etc like you do with woks. I will only go to medium high. The pans do caramelize proteins but you have to be a little more patient because you cannot fry on high. For steaks I only use cast iron because I sear on very high for shorter time to crisp and get a deep colour. I found a glass lid that fits the pan. We love it a would recommend

Worth buying.

Love this small pan. Great quality and I use less oil for frying eggs etc. Would highly recommend and an added bonus is it can go straight in the oven from the hob.
