Droopy globe, parts not bagged & a mess when unpacking

The globe will only hang down. Can’t direct it into any other position. The slinky like wire support was dangling as I unpacked it. The styrofoam used for packing falls apart into little static balls that are stuck to every part of the lamp! Even the inner parts like USB port, inside the slinky wire that holds the globe, and even inside where the bulb screws in. As I pulled it out of the box, these static styrofoam balls ended up all over my table! Real fun trying to vacuum them off of the black felt bottom! What a mess! At first, I thought the parts to connect the globe were missing as they were not in a bag. Found them all in different places! One was jammed in where the bulb screws in. I expected it would have a damaged box but the box is fine! It’s obviously a return and it should of stated that! You can see where a previous label was sliced off. This is going back to Amazon, mainly for the drooping globe…there’s no support to direct it where you want light.

Nice but not worth the price

Styrofoam was broken and crumbling when the box arrived. The on/off button came already dirty and tarnished. The lamp is pretty and works fine, but is too rickety for this price point and looks used.
