Works with the Smart Life app and Alexa perfectly :)

I've been using smart plugs in my apartment for the past 3 years and love them. I know I've saved energy thanks to being able to turn off the lights from any room via my Echo Dot's I've got around the house. I just purchased a new home and I'm in the process of moving. I found a few new uses for these, in particular as a battery charging monitor. Many of the tools I own, instruct me to disconnect the battery from the charger after so many hours. I have an inexpensive drill I've used for the past 10 + years and aware that overcharging could lead to a shorter life span. These plugs can be programmed to turn off at specific times. So now I have one specifically I can tell Alexa to "turn off battery charger in 5 hours." I know that the new batteries and battery chargers are smarter today, but my old stuff continues to work amazingly well. I have assigned 2 of these specifically for this purpose. One is on my work bench, because I don't always go back into the shop everyday and I don't want to forget it. The other is used in my pantry for my small drill that I used to make quick repairs as I work on my new home.

They are amazing.

Love my smart plugs. I have them in every room. I turn them on by voice before I even get out of bed. If I am not home I can turn lights on for my dogs.

Tough to program

You won't need to be an engineer but you'll need to be a bit tech-savvy or these may be frustrating. I think the intent of the app is to make usage more streamlined, but it actually complicates it a bit more in my opinion

The product is very hard to connect to your wifi.

I dislike the connection to the product's own wifi then connecting to your own wifi. The good thing is once you're connected your good to go for good.
