Great product but not as versatile as I originally expected

The bottom line is this is a good product, but because it has no extension. It is not as versatile as I originally expected. But for what it is for, it's good.

Small and compact and easy for travel. Works great on cruise ships where you only have 1 outlet in the cabin. This is not a surge protector.

Very Thick profile

Purchased this to extend the plug behind the TV to support an additional device. This one barely made it as it is very thick. Thankfully it has side connectors which we used but otherwise if it is needed in a tight space, it will be hard to use. If you have ample space or it is not a consideration then yes, go for it otherwise look for something else with a lower profile

Good for using one at a time

This is a bit bigger than I expected. When I plug in one, it does not leave enough room to plug in a second one. If you do not need to use two in the same plate, it works fine.

Pairs well with smart plugs

I wanted to have a single smart plug control two things simultaneously, so I combined this extender with my existing smart plug and it works perfectly. It sticks out from the wall quite a ways, but it seems sturdy and is hidden beneath a table so it doesn't really bother me.

Pro’s - Cheap - Decent build quality - takes very little space - helps save so much space versus using power bars for more outlets Con’s - Slightly to big to double stack them on one wall outlet plug. These plugs are an excellent choice over using power bars, which hog up so much space just to get extra wall outlets
