Cute jacket, zipper could use improvements

I really like the look of this jacket. The zipper is a little difficult to zip since it's off center. Sometimes the jacket material gets suck as I try to zip it up. Other than that, I really like this jacket.

Stylish with a snag

The color is rich and cut is stylish. Materials keep me warm in freezing temperatures. Snap at neck is a welcomed addition. Nearly every zip, both on and off, the interior fabric gets caught in the zipper. Even when zipping with awareness this happens. There are two exterior pockets with no closure and no interior pockets. These design flaws leave room for improvement in the performance of this parka. Roxy, let’s make function and fashion both priority in women’s outerwear. Purchased size Medium
