Peels very well...

So from the package, this item looks very sturdy and strong, which is somewhat is. But the silver cutting part is made of pretty inexpensive plastic. I thought it was going to be metal. However, despite the plastic parts, this thing does work amazing. It is very sharp and peels your vegetables or fruit very nicely. It also has a sharp part on the side to get those bad parts of a potato, etc. I am just worried at how long it will last. The silver part has already come out of the handle, but I was able to put it back into the handle without a problem. The handle is plastic, but a stronger plastic. I think this will work for our family for a while, just not sure how long. If you need a peeler for a great price or for camping or a trailer, this will probably be a good purchase. Just not sure how long it will actually last. I'm hoping for a while.
