Quality Counts

You don't want to work with a dubious sledge hammer. This one is quality throughout. It features a superb, double head. One side is blunt, and the other side serves as a chisel. Most important you have a fiberglass handle. That makes it weather resistant. Wooden handles do wear out, and it's dangerous to have a sledge hammer head fly off the handle. You'll love the quality of this sledge hammer.

Heavy. Well made.

Used it with a wedge to split a 150ft x 3ft tree into firewood. If you want power, it’s the tool for the job. Heavy, well-made, sturdy, durable, nice shock-absorbing fiberglass handle.

Great sledgehammer, bought the 16lb which does actually weigh 20lbs but the shock absorption is great! Im 6'6" so coming down 8-9 ft or so there is zero shock through the handle hitting solid brick and concrete. The "wedge" works as they say it does. Definitely worth the money

Wow, 'solid' doesn't really do this justice.

This thing is built to last. Smashed my splitting maul about 200 times so far and barely shows wear. I bought a cheaper sledge and the head literally flew off...this is worth the money!

Wonderful tool for destruction

Good balance, great shock absorb, and the dual surfaces are very capable of performing their job. That old concrete walkway didnt stand a chance!
