Good - if a little "short"

So I have reoccurring tendinitis and I've found that wearing a compression sleeve like this one really helps me avoid medication. As a compression sleeve used for this purpose, I thought that the support was quite good over an 8-10 hour day (wearing it under my work shirt). I deducted a star because, unlike a lot of sleeves like this that go from above your bicep to around your wrist, I found that this was a little short. As in, it didn't quite go above my bicep or, alternatively, I could drag it up there but it felt too high on my forearm. But that's a minor quibble and maybe you aren't looking for something that long. Overall, it was very comfortable for an extended wear, and that's the most important thing to me.

They Work

Compression Sleeves are something I did not discover until this last year. In my case, I wanted something covering my arms for outdoor activities, but did not like wearing long sleeve shirts. Was surprised at how comfortable these are. You get full arm coverage while wearing a t-shirt, and there is a cooling effect when it's hot outside. A great product that is well made and really comfortable. Only complaint is how they are sold - as a single sleeve. It seems that all manufacturers do this, but it can be frustrating. We have two arms, who needs 1 sleeve?

Order a size smaller

FILA Accessories Compression Arm Sleeve I'm 6" and 185 lbs and the S/M fit great. It does give some relief but not as much as I had hoped. It's very comfortable and lightweight. It doesn't offer very much protection and But I think its more for allowing movement. This compression sleeve helps a little and a little is better than nothing.

Does a little

I have elbow problems and wrist problems, and sometimes arm problems. Review for: FILA Accessories Compression Arm Sleeve The sleeve is really thin and offers some arm support in general but it isn't strong enough to give support for any individual area. I had to just switch back to a dedicated compression elbow sleeve that was thicker and added more support. Additionally it keeps slipping off my arm. So it might be too big for my arm. So I can't say it doesn't do anything but depending on how it fits, it provides a LOW level of support.

Not a lot of compression

This is probably the least favorite compression sleeve I’ve tried. It’s a single sleeve, not a pair, and the fabric was slick and there wasn’t much compression.

Just one sleeve

Very nice sleeve although I wish there were two instead of just one. XL fits a grown man well. Not for huge huge arms I don’t think.
