Very useful

Really enjoyed this having family over and being able to keep multiple things warm. It was also bigger than I thought which was a good thing. The fact that you can remove the trays is really nice too. I can fit 2 cookie sheets next to each other on it. Family is asking to borrow now.

Good for the price, but more for occasional use

We host a half a dozen larger sized events at our house each year. I purchased two of these and am overall pleased. The plastic covers are reasonably sturdy, but kinda light weight. The chaffing dishes are the same. Reasonably sturdy, but mid-weight. I find that getting the temperature control right has been tricky. Early on I tried setting the temperature control at high, and found mid-way through the evening that I was overcooking the food in the container. The low setting is so low that it's not really useful. But setting the temperature control somewhere between half and three quarters seems about right. The stainless steel plate has stained a bit over time. They aren't nasty, but they are stains I can't get out. I do like that you can use the device either with the chaffing dishes or just as a hot plate. I do wish that they included a couple of half size chaffing dishes as often the full sized dish is more than I need. But all in all, I'm happy with these.

Perfect party option

HAd the family here for the holiday and my wife needed something to help keep the food hot. This was the perfect choice. It kept the food at the exact temperature that she wanted and did not vary at all. It has 3 fairly large dishes of stainless with plastic covers. There is a surround to hold the dishes in place. Remove the surround and dishes and you have a nice sized heat plate for just about anything. Controls are easy to use and it is about 15x25 inches in size. Reading the reviews we see that a nuber of folks had damage issues. Not us, ours was packed well and no damage was found. The metal of the hot plate is rather thin so it might dent easily if not cared for. The lids over the dishes are plastic and we are sure that they will not last long is abused at all. These lids have a serving utensil opening. Ours worked flawlessy and we are pleased with it. We did keep the original box and will store it securely in our attic when not in use.

Great for events

The heating element came with a smudge/abrasion, as if it was not new, maybe used and returned. I am going to see if I could either get a new heating element or a discount, because I thought I was buying a brand new, unused product. Other than this, the entire product worked wonderfully for my event.

Excellent customer service

I purchased the food warming tray. Packaged well. Nice product. I used it possibly a dozen times or so since I purchased in November. It stopped heating up recently so I contacted the company. After providing the needed information, Elite Gourmet is sending a replacement. Very helpful customer service. Very pleasant to work with. I would recommend this company and their products.

IT CAME QUICK IT SEEMS LIKE A GOOD PRODUCT.

I am planning to use this for our kid's graduation party, so I haven't used it yet. It looks great, I will give a fair review after I use it. It is a good Item for the money, it is all I have to say (for now).

Tops are plastic. I thought they were glass. It's literally just a tray to warm your food. I saw a picture that shows a large tray and they go on top. Did a Christmas brunch today. It got the job done. I ordered 2.
