Good Arch Support

These are good arch supports. Like all the stick on-shoe inserts of all the brands I've used, the adhesive doesn't hold very well. I have to place double sided tape on the backside of these to properly hold them in place.

good size/height, but terrible adhesion

Perfect height and size. Just doesn't stick well. It sticks enough so that it stays in place when walking (for now), but the edges never stay "on" and it'll likely peel or move around. Probably need some really tacky double-sided tape in a few weeks.

Easy to wear

I bought these for shoes that are to tight for the complete insole. They stay in place and insert easily into any shoe.

Nice but with a caviat

I'm flat footed and tend to be on my feet a lot. I typically wear athletic shoes with Spenco/Walk-fits in them to get me through long days at school/work and Birkenstocks for casual walking about or around the house (though if I could, I'd wear birks everywhere at all times cause amazing support). Unfortunately, there are times when I need to wear dressier shoes that can't accommodate a full insert and doesn't have built in support. For those shoes, I've started using these! They work pretty well in instance where you don't necessarily need MAXIMUM support (e.g., if you don't plan on being on your feet for hours and hours at a time) such as going out to dinner w/ friends, a small event, church, a little bar crawl, etc. If you go into buying these w/ this expectation, you won't be disappointed! They are significantly better than having nothing and comfortable.

I just discovered these! I stayed away from those pretty ballet shoes or flats because I have flat feet but these work GREAT!

Helps flat feet in skates

Ice skating orthotic kits exist, but few are good for truly flat feet. This helps without making that jump to full custom orthotics.

The product fits in my shoes perfectly and gives me the lift I need for my arches.

The only downside whatever is used for the adhesive did not adhere very well, I used packing tape to adhere to my shoes.
