For anyone looking for an easy and effective way to add long-lasting freshness to their laundry.

I recently tried Downy Light Laundry Scent Booster Beads for Washer in the Ocean Mist scent, and I have to say, I was very impressed. What I loved most about these beads is that they are made with no heavy perfumes, no dyes, and no phosphates, which makes them safe to use on all colors and fabrics. One of the things I noticed after using these beads was the long-lasting freshness they added to my laundry. In fact, they added 4x longer-lasting freshness than my regular detergent alone. Plus, the scent of fresh air paired with a cool and crisp ocean breeze is simply delightful. What I appreciated most about these beads is how easy they are to use. All you have to do is toss half a cap of beads into the washer drum before your clothing, and adjust the amount of beads according to your desired level of freshness. And, they can be used in all washing machines, which is a great bonus. Lastly, I found that these beads work perfectly with fabric softener, which left my clothes feeling soft and smelling fresh.

My dresser smells like a dream

Oh this scent is marvelous. I did a load of laundry and overnight, used the dryer. I pulled the clothes out of the dryer the next day and oooooo, what a delectable scent came at me. I folded up the laundry, put it away in the drawers and now every time I go into get fresh clothes, they still smell amazing. LOVE IT!!!

These Downy Beads are one of my two favs! I only use this, Ocean Mist or the Shea Butter. It depends on my mood. Plus, you get way more for your buck going the Amazon. Everyone my family comes in contact with loves the way we smell and it’s all because of these beads

Not as good as Woodland Rain!

I bought this because my favourite Downy light scent was unavailable in the value size. It was cheaper to buy on Amazon than my local grocery store, so I have no complaints about price. As for the scent of this product, it’s not necessarily unpleasant- but I don’t consider this a “light” scent as advertised. I much prefer the scent of Downy Light Woodland Rain. But it does it’s job, and I am satisfied overall.

Another winner

I used to get the Old Spice scent beads but couldn’t find them lately, this is the replacement as my favourite laundry booster. Very nice, not floral, just fresh and gender neutral. It is strong however, if you put a half capful in you will have extremely perfumed laundry and it will “freshen” your closet for ages.

Anything but light

This is anything but light. I used maybe enough to cover the bottom of the cap since I have a baby and don’t like anything too strong scented around her and it’s all I can smell and giving me a headache. I do love the scent though so maybe I’ll just use 5 beads next time, ugh

Hands down my new favourite! These smell amazing and even my house full of boys were happy. Not a girly floral scent but also not an overpowering masculine one either.
