Does the Job

I purchased this to try to replace my Dermalogica Pre Cleanse that I've used for years. I was hesitant to try it, and for reasons I can't explain, part of my hesitation was due to the color (I think maybe it looked too much like something I should be pouring into a frying pan than putting on my face). I was pleasantly surprised once I started using it at how well it broke down my mascara and eye liner, and how it help prevent my nightly cleanser from drying out the rest of my face (it also broke down my foundation easily). I just ordered my second bottle, and even though the price went up almost $3 it two months, it is still less than half the price of the Pre Cleanse.

Who knew

I know this product has been around for decades, and I was revolted at the thought of putting olive oil on my face and resisted trying it for years.I don’t know what they did to it but it’s not even sticky or oily. It’s quite light and pleasant, and It washes right off, removing all traces of make up. I rub it all over my face, and take it off with baby wipes, or a damp face towel. Then I wash it off with water, and then a cleanser. It really does good things for the skin. I can see why it’s a best seller for the company.

I love this oil. i’ve noticed such a difference with my skin. it also doesn’t leave your face feeling really dry like my clinique face wash did right after a wash. I always put lotion on my face after washing regardless , but it’s nice to not have a stiff feeling right after you get done washing.

I'm almost 50 and FINALLY found the cleanser for me. It cleans and keeps me moisturized...follow up with powder cleanser.

The best deep oil cleanser!

I have been using this product for many years to remove eye and face makeup including layers of mascara. It works great! From time to time I get the idea to try another brand of deep cleansing oil only to see the other product does not work nearly as well as the DHC brand. And so I end up ordering DHC and throwing out the other brand. Great product! I am sticking with DHC Deep Oil Cleanser!

Easily remove makeup

Good product that is ideal for those with oily skin. Easily remove eye make-up without drying. Used in my 20's through 60's. Truly found this product usage over the years protected my face over time.

Congested my usually clear skin

I’ve heard and seen so many good reviews so gave it a go, the first time I used this I woke up with 3 spots, and I usually have very clear skin. I gave it the benefit of the doubt, however I’ve used it on 5 occasions now spanning over several weeks and every morning I’ve woken up with either spots, blocked pores, or as of the last time when I used it only on my eyes to remove eye makeup- several milia. The smell is also very off putting. I really wanted to like this, but unfortunately not for me

VERY DI8SAPPOINTED

The oil is fabulous, but was shocked and very disappointed when I opened the parcel to find it was only 120 mls and all my previous orders were always 200 mls. I clicked on order again and presumed it would be same size. 120 mls is not even available from DHC website.

Works well

This product is very thin so goes very far, one pump is all that's needed and sometimes not even a full one. It has a nice texture, goes on easily and has a faint fragrance that stays with the product as you use it.

Great product

Natural smelling so won’t irritate skin. Effortlessly removes make up without clogging skin. Bought a smaller bottle first and upgraded to the bigger bottle. Much easier with the pump function. I’m half way through the bottle and it’s lasted 6 weeks so far.
