I don't care for funtion of the sprayer.

I've had similar faucets in other homes that were much better than this one. I'm surprised that the spray pattern is not round. It's hard to describe but it's kind of a rectangular spray pattern with a split down the middle. At first I thought maybe it was adjustable and it was between 2 settings but that's just the way it is designed. Also the toggle is weak. If you don't push down hard weather you're choosing the regular stream or the sprayer it drips. And when you turn the water off and then back on it returns to what it was set on last rather than always returning to the stream. Maybe some people like that, I personally do not. I gave it 3 stars for the appearance as it is very nice looking but I would not buy this faucet again.

Very nice looking, should be easy install

As long as your countertop holes are correct sizes and there is nothing in the way too much under the sink, should install pretty easily. I ordered this since it was the only faucet I could find that came in black stainless, which looks great. Only wish it had touch on feature...couldn't find that in this color. Also, the soap dispenser is plastic, but still looks nice. Funny thing, the shape of the soap dispenser is very similar to what a faucet handle/on/off would look like...so I keep reaching for that before I correct myself.

Looks good but gets dirty very easily.

Pros: 1) Looks great when it's clean (see cons) 2) Works good so far 3) Sprayer functionality 4) Comes with a soap dispenser Cons: 1) As others mentioned, it feels very cheap. I worry that the sprayer switch will break at some point. 2) The cover plate is very thin and easily dented (3rd & 4th pictures). Guess it's just there as a "feature" but not really meant to be used. 3) The metal gets very ugly very quick from water splashing on it. So unless you plan to wipe your facet down with a lint free cloth after every use, this facet might not be for you. 4) The soap nozzle cakes up quickly and I find myself scraping it with my fingernail every few days. One day it was even clogged in a way that pressing it squirted soap backwards onto the counter and edge of the sink. Overall: The cheap quality/feel and how easily it gets dirty from simple water drops both cost 1 star on the review. Being as I got this open box for 1/2 price I would buy this again, but I would never pay nearly $300. Other: Someone had mentioned the sprayer hose is plastic and has no threads and therefor popped off and sprayed everywhere. This was due to a failure on their part, not the facet's. There is a retention clip included in the package for just this reason and it works as it is supposed to.

Looks really nice

It was overall pretty easy to install. Directions weren't the best, that is the manufacturer, not the seller. Looks nice.

Great Investment

I love this product! It’s easy to install and works great! It has 3 spray settings which I love. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the soap pumper is made of plastic, not metal. One thing is that any slash shows on this, but we just keep a rag next to the sink and wipe it down occasionally.
