Love it so far. It was installed one month ago.

We love our new faucet! The styling and functionality is great, our plumber had no difficulty with the installation and it was a quick process. Hope it lasts for a long time. Our old one worked for about 20 years.

There are two problems bother me. One is that it does not auto snap back into its original place by itself. It does snap back but it still need your help. Second is the design. It does look pretty cool. However, its length is a bit long compare to my original one. So I would say this faucet is a ok product.

Odd Design

This is not what I was expecting with this faucet - it has a number of oddities and at least one installation issue. There are quite a few problems with this faucet for me: * The sprayer does not auto snap back into place using just the weighting - you have to manually force it back in * The water regulator handle is single direction for hot and cold * The water regulator handle is nearly perpendicular to the mounting surface * The hold down mounting nut requires a large wrench and can't be easily hand tightened The handle is just weird all around. Single direction means that somewhere in between full open and closed you have equilibrium and further is hot and less is cold. Because closed starts at straight up the handle then goes down 90 degrees which makes it perpendicular to the mounting surface, The handle is also fairly long and on our sink it means it overhangs **into the sink** which looks weird and sometimes gets in the way if there are big items to be washed in the sink. It's just bizzare that at minimum the handle doesn't go beyond straight up towards the back which would alleviate that problem somewhat. Overall installation is easy, except for the bloody nut they are using to wrench down the faucent. It's a big as hex nut which needs a huge wrench or crescent wrench. I'm guessing most installs are like mine where there is very little room around the mount with in my case no way to get a wrench to go. I managed to get Angle Nose plyers in there to hold on while a second person turned the faucet above. This is silly - some sort of wing nut (like our old faucet) that can be hand tightened or at least easily held with plyers would have worked much better here. Instead I had to screw around for 20 minutes trying to get the thing tight enough and in the right angle to hold. The faucet also is very 'beefy' . It feels a lot shorter and 'fatter' than it looks in the pictures. It does have a very sturdy feel to it and the water controls (besides the handle layout) feel very solid and have good spray reliability.

Doesn't extend far enough out into sink

Headline says it. It's the main thing I don't like, compared to other similar faucets. It also splashes a lot. And it is very hard to install. Be prepared with a 1 1/2 " basin wrench. A 1 1/4 is most common and that won't do it. Delta has a much better method to install. Build quality is good though.

I really like this - nice and clean

I really like this - nice and clean, simple design. Gave it 4 stars because the buttons seem bigger than necessary. But if you turn them to the back they would mostly be noticeable if on an island and people were sitting on that side. Installed in front of wall, not really an issue. The buttons aren't bad, they're just a bit big.

Very happy!

I'm very happy with this purchase! I love the Matte Black - you don't get finger prints or water marks like stainless. This faucet is very sleek and minimal which is exactly what I wanted. Both settings for the water are great and I've really enjoyed using this faucet.
