Really nice with one upgrade recommendation

We really like how wide the step is and feels really heavy duty, but I would have like it better if the black risers would have snapped onto the step instead of the step just resting on them. if you move the step you have to readjust the risers.

Customer support is outstanding!

The step seems sturdy and well-made. I got the larger version, which is quite large. It would be nice if there was a way for the risers to "lock in place." First of all, if they aren't positioned exactly right, the step shifts a bit when you first step up. But also, it would be easier to move the whole assembled step, rather than having to move it in multiple pieces (in my case 4 risers and the main piece). That is why I gave 4 stars, but everything else about the step seems fine. There was a bit of a mix-up on my order. I'm not 100% sure how the confusion happened; entirely possible that I misunderstood what I was ordering. When I contacted the company, they responded immediately and were extremely helpful. Problem solved quickly and easily. 5 stars for customer support.

Perfect size for working out in a smaller area.

This is perfect for my workouts. It is sturdy, stays in place while in use, and since it's lightweight it's much easier to move around or store if needed. I am considering getting a second set for my daughter so we can work out together.

Feeling unsecure during step workout.

My first step workout felt very unsecure. I wish the levels had a way of locking into one another. That would give the step more stability and mobility. It's not easy to move around. But other than that it serves it's purpose. I can still have a good workout without the extra levels.

Works as it should

So far, I've only used the first level, on carpet, and it works as it should. I can't speak to its reliability on non-carpeted floor though, and I haven't yet used the risers...I'm not there yet. Be careful though if you've never used a step to do floor exercises like tricep dips, burpees, or planks. Your palms may bruise like mine did as they get used to the friction and pressure. I'm not saying it's a default to the product, just something you should look out for if you've never used a step, period, as this will probably happen with any step you choose.

Good cost/Benefit

This product is lightweight and extremely portable. It’s good value for the money compared to some of the other products you can get at a similar price. My only gripe is that when in use, it is stable but doesn’t inspire 100% confidence in its stability. It’s efficient enough to not let you fall, but you feel it with every step move ever so slightly.

Crack in the middle of my exercise step.

I received my exercise step in early April of 2020. I used the exercise step twice and noticed there's a crack in the middle of the step. I'd like a refund for my purchase as I just ordered a replacement.

Sturdy and stays put!

This is the best! I use this for my 90 yr old mom to step on to help her get into my Ford escape and is sooo sturdy yet so lightweight to be able to move. The side "handle" area is great. Have tried a few other "medical steps" and none of them even come close to the sturdiness and size of this! Wider so she feels comfortable enough to turn her feet and back into the car seat. Fantastic product and awesome price.

Well worth the money

This design is reliable and extremely sturdy. I’ve had this step for two years and use it almost every day. The size is perfect, would not recommend something smaller unless you’re really tight on space.

Great with resistance bands

I bought this to use with Undersun resistance loop bands and it works great. There are grooves either ends like it was made for them (I don't use the risers) and together with a bar, it makes bands workouts so much more comfortable and effective.

Awesome Product!

This was just delivered and I have to say that I am VERY impressed! It reminds me of the original Step I had years ago! It's a great size, very professional and very similar to those that you find in high end clubs! I would definitely recommend this product!

A little narrower than some other more expensive ones but does the job well. I’ve already gotten used to the height so I wish it had another level to add but I’m pleased with it.

Great step

Great quality step, perfect for active workouts from home. Bought during the COVID lockdowns when gyms were closed, but keep using on a regular basis! The price is less than 2 months of gym membership fees, so well worth it.
