No returns, can get refund or replacement

Buyer beware. We ordered this for an elongated toilet in our master bath. It was too small. We are not able to return. I didn't see this information before ordering. I was able to get a refund after calling Amazon customer service.

It works!

I would have given It 5 stars but I had trouble with it not being very stable. After fiddling with it for some time I fixed it by using a judicial quantity of caulk. Not the best thing to do but it was needed urgently.

95 year old loves this raised toilet seat.

My 95 year old mother loves the raised toilet seat. The added height and handles is a big help to her in getting on and off the toilet.

Easy to install: make sure to re-tighten bolts after initial install

My wife is very pleased with this device after having hip replacement surgery. It's comfortable and with the increased height and side handles. She is able to stand back up with reasonable and less painful movements than without it. Installation is easy....but take time to readjust and retighten the bolts a few times after initial use and it will "settle in" with less overall movement. She currently plans to continue using it even after her full recovery.

Works Great

I bought this in preparation for hip surgery. Installation was easy, everything included was all I needed and it seems stable enough, it does move some, but I don't feel like I'm going to fall. I bought this because you can put your current toilet seat on it and we have an oval toilet. I'd recommend this one. It's comfortable and easy to clean. I'm 5'3" so I could use a little step stool to rest my feet on.

Elevated Seat Good, Handles Meh

I ordered this in anticipation of having a total knee replacement surgery. The setup was very easy. The only problem was with the handles. They just don't expand far enough for someone like me. It would have been nice if they had 5 more inches on each side, so I gave up and just threw them away. With that said, I'm very appreciative of the elevated seat. It has really helped with my recovery. If I were to do it again, I would just do it without the handles.

Hard to keep clean

It raised the seat height and less expensive than replacing the toilet. Excellent sort term solution. Problem is there is no seal between the seat and the toilet top making it difficult to keep sanitary.

great seat, not male friendly

This seat does exactly as it should lift just the right amount. Unfortunately after using for a few weeks I noticed that it is not male friendly. When you sit and the urine goes on the side it will follow to the edge of the toilet bowl. Had purchase another riser from a health store.

Producto de difícil uso no apto, para personas con sobrepeso, nunca manifestado por el vendedor, lo cual es un timo, porque además no hay devoluciones, que lo hace que el vendedor te venda productos de dudosa calidad, no lo recomiendo o compra bajo tu propio riego, busca tres proveedores más serios porque antes de 24 hs de haberlo comprado me di cuenta que no me hi a a servir y cancele el pedido y el Provedor no lo respeto y hasta pareciera una burla orquestada que me hace dudar hasta de Amazon porque nunca se publica que cuando compres ya no lo puedes devolver, con muchas deficiencias por eso no hay devolución

Okay

My husband needs the additional height on the toilet, however, cleaning underneath it is a problem. I'm not strong enough to tighten or loosen the screws to remove it from the toilet bowl and clean properly underneath it. Also it isn't an exact fit, size-wise, a little short in length.

it's sturdy but one thing is cleaning. between the seat and the toilet, stuff will get caught, with this you have to unscrew it every time you clean, it's not handy at all... either choose a quick release or just do a rail only is my recommendation, if the extra height isn't critical.

Not very secure! Dangerous!

I am 169 lbs. Left handed grab bar broke thro the seat & fell right off. I just about fell off the toilet. Very dangerous. Very disappointed. Will be looking elsewhere for a replacement.
