Not like they used to be.

I have worn Bernardo sandals since I was 15...I am now 58. The Bernardo Milly has always been my favorite. My late mother's Bernardo's from the 60's are still being worn and loved by my sister, who was lucky enough to share her shoe size. My last 2 pairs of Bernardo Millys have both come apart next to the buckle after less than 2 years of wear...I just visited the official Bernardo website and noted that the price for Millys has gone UP, with shoe repair shops being so hard to find these days, I am not sure that I want to invest $119.00 in a pair of sandals that will only last 2 seasons. This makes me want to WEEP.....

Disappointed

Strap in back that went around my heel too short which pushed my foot forward causing thin strap between toes annoying and shoe then looked too big in the back. Store said they do NOT work if you have high instep. Found straps almost too thin. I have worn Bernardos all my life and this is my first ever complaint. Perhaps my pair defective. Sandal world who sent them was very nice and helpful...said they would measure straps when they got them to figure out the problem. Nevertheless, excellent service from Amazon and shoe retailer.

This dainty sandal is perfect for the summer, excellent fit and colour is as seen on line. Will buy more colors . True to size. The reason for the 5 star is because the length of the strap is a bit short but other than that it is a perfect sandal.

Beautiful leather sandals from top to bottom. I've been wearing bernardo for over 5yrs. My 3rd pair of bernardos. Top quality shoes.

Pretty but hard to walk in.

Difficult to walk in it very pretty. Doesn't grip well although fit is perfect. Back to my flojos!
