Pan is great, rack paint chipped after washing and before using

I really liked the pan itself. It’s very sturdy, and the non stick surface is on the inside and out, which makes cleaning easier. The rack that sets inside the pan appears to have flaky paint. The first time I washed it (prior to its first use), some black paint chips came off of the rack. That concerns me because we use the “juicer” (large dropper, syringe) to baste the turkey, and thus could insert those paint flakes into the turkey itself. Also, the stainless steel dropper leaves you wondering how much juice is inside it, since you obviously can’t see through it. The forks seemed pretty sturdy, even with a large turkey. Overall, for the pan itself, I’m extremely happy—not so much with the metal rack. The turkey itself came out perfect.

Great Pan, Large Size

This pan held a 22 1/3 pound turkey for Thanksgiving with ease, I've don't beef roast, pork loin and pork chops in it as well. It is super easy to clean and the rack is far enough above the bottom to keep the meet out of any liquid you want to put in for drippings for gravy making. This pan is not for the dishwasher or for stove top use (for making gravy) according to the directions. The large lifter forks what it comes with are so helpful too. This was a great purchase.

I am a huge fan of Anolon. This was a great price for another great Anolon product. I haven't used yet but very happy with price. The ONLY negative, is it was delivered in the Anolon box with a label on it??? Could have easily been stolen as the product was "advertised" outside my door. I have no idea why it wasn't packaged in a shipping box.

Cleans up like a dream!

Wow cleanup on this is a dream!! I was worried as I basted my turkey with maple syrup and it was all globbed onto the bottom of the pan. Barely needed to use any elbow grease and it came right off. I wish I had taken a before picture. The utensils are really useful too. My only complaint is the rack doesn't sit well in the pan. Maybe this is by design? Still worked well if not.

This is a keeper

Roaster worked perfectly for my 20 lb Thanksgiving turkey with room to spare. Cleaned up great. Easy to get in and out of the oven with the handles. Only complaint is the rubber bulb kept falling off of the stainless steel tube while basting.

Adds a new dimension

This is our first roasting pan/rack combo and we have used it for roasting whole chickens and pork roast - what a tremendous product that helps make the meat so even and tender. Buy it -you won't regret it.
