They do the job

These refills seem to be Just As Effective as the "Name Brand" stuff, but at a MUCH LOWER cost. This is a real assistance to the Bank Account, especially if you have MORE THAN ONE "area" you're "treating". They also screw into the "name brand" wall heating units, also saving money, and don't cause any problems with the wall heaters. I ** DO INDEED ** recommend these units, especially for use with multi-cat houses!

Has helped some with multi-cat household

We have a multi-cat household. Some of the cats aren't very fond of each other. These plug-ins do seem to help keep everyone a little more chill, though I don't think it has prevented our one neutered male from marking certain things with urine. But we have found other ways to circumvent that.

Seems to work and each one lasts about 2 months

I can’t say for certain that these are the thing that helped stop nervous peeing for one of my cats, but these combined with a few other changes such as changing to all wet food and including d-mano se in her supplements weekly seems to have made the difference. These are the one most consistent thing though because you just plug them in and leave them to work until empty. I find each one lasts about 2 months, and I have 2 plug in units from another brand Feliway that work with these refills, so this 6 pack lasts me almost 6 months. This brand is much cheaper than the original 2 I bought and seems the same in effectiveness.

Seems to be about 90% effective for my FIC cat.

Seems to be about 90% effective for my FIC cat. As soon as it barely begins to run out, my cat resumes his peeing on furniture! He still gets aggressive with two other cats in the evenings, but it seems to be less often. Each one has lasted exactly three weeks, not a month, but that is a week longer than the competitor diffuser lasted.

Calms and Soothes Agitated Cat

I have a 2 year old indoor cat that was rescued from outside. She was brought inside and spayed at age 5 months. I have a colony of stray and feral cats that I feed and have spayed and neutered. After about a year inside, she started urinating in inappropriate places such as my couch....argh. After ru!ing out a medical problem I decided it must be a territorial and or an anxiety issue with my other indoor cat or because she can look outside and see the other cats. When I plugged the Comfort Zone in, within a few days she seemed calmer, not as much starting fights with my other cat and the urination problem has lessened a lot. Be sure and replace when it is empty, I saw the problems escalate again when I let the Comfort Zone run out and ordered more. You should have one in thus rooms where your cat spends the most time. Makes my cat happier and with less anxiety. Highly recommend!

Great but very expensive

Fabulous product for my nervous cat and her tormentor to return the household to peace. I can tell as soon as it runs out. To buy 2 or 3 per month gets very expensive, $150/month and its just a tiny bottle of liquid. Can't cost very much to produce

Damaged product replaced with no hassle!

The package appeared to get wet during shipping and the box broke open and one of the diffuser refills leaked. I love this product and have used it for my multiple cats for years. This price has risen significantly over the years and having missing some was a little frustrating. I spoke with a representative on the phone, very friendly, very little wait time and she had the item replaced immediately. Excellent service. ????????

Duraron menos de 10 días, no hicieron algún cambio en mis gatos

Fue un desperdicio de dinero, esperaba que duraran al menos 2 o 3 meses, puse 3 en simultaneo por toda la casa y no cambió en absoluto el estado de animo de mis gatos, por demás... ni siquiera llegaron a los 10 días. Simplemente fue dinero tirado a la basura...
