Great as always

This is my 3rd pair of this style of redwing boots..I usually get 3-4 years out of these boots and I wear them for everything, everyday walking, hiking, hunting, fishing, working on my sawmill. I wear these in all weather...in the summer they stay cool in the winter..they are ok if you add a hot hands heater to each boot..usually not needed but I spend hours in my deer stand in ice cold temps. I also own the Redwing Irish setter knee high snake proof boots for my cabin down in WV.. cant go to the woods without them

To tight

The left one fits perfect and the right one is way to tight around the toes. Weird I know only shoes I have that do this.

Comfortable out of the box.

After wearing the boot for the first day, no problems. I work in wet conditions in the Irrigation Industry. So far, so good.

Tongue rubs on ankle

So, out of the box most on the interior of the boot seems to fit to size. However, the sole is very stiff but that should loosen up with wear. The worse part of the boot is that the tongue fold is rubbing on the inside of my ankles. I like the style of the boot and I need to give them a chance to break in. I will update my review after I have worn them for a while, but out of the box they are hurting my ankle with pressure from the tongue fold area. UPDATE: Tongue problem would not go away and it just became too uncomfortable to even wear them to try and break them in. Additionally, the heel of the sole seems canted to the instep and causes an uncomfortable feel while walking in them. It was like the outer heel was somehow higher the inside of the heel. Had to return them.

Craftsmanship not there for the price

Eyelets for laces broke and came apart from boot in about six months of light to moderate wear. For over $200 dollars I expected better. Never buy these again not for that price
