Back injury

I bought this along with a neck one due to the back injuries I sustained in two vehicle accidents and transporting a client of mine. My back went from straight to an s and it pinches the nerve in my lower back and up towards my neck and shoulders. I bought these to help me hopefully be able to straighten them out and to relieve some of the pain and they are helping. You must follow the instructions. Go online, do whatever you take consult with your doctor but do not do anything drastic with these. This is very firm just as I want it and it takes a little getting used to because at first it kind of hurts but then it starts to do the job and helps relax and helps with realignment.

Great product

Needed a foam roller for PT at home. Love the variety of color offered and good price. Smaller foam rollers at my local Target are nearly twice as much!

I had to return this as it was too hard for me.

I would suggest a different and softer roller if you are looking for a bit less hard product.

Soft for tender bodies

As a heavier person, the regular foam rollers tend to hurt my skin/flesh/fat. This softer foam roller allows me to get the same benefits from a regular roller without hurting tender areas of my body. I would like to note, as I get more fit, I am able to use a regular foam, roller and more areas. But I will still use this one especially for my back.

light and density is just right

The roller is very light and sturdy, and the density is just right, hard but not painful. I have been using it for several months and the shape as not changed one bit.

Great for Stretching Your Muscles!

A foam roller was recommended to me by my physiotherapist, so I bought the 18" of this brand. It has just the right level of firmness to really work out the kinks in my IT Bands and on my lower and upper back. Who needs a deep tissue massage session when you can just roll the pain away with your foam roller! I got the medium density version, which is perfect for me. Be sure to ask your physiotherapist which version is best for you before you buy. I am very happy with my Yes4All foam roller... highly recommend it!

Meh

Although it's perfectly round, no bumps, I just didn't like that it looks like pool noodle foam material. Was a bit hard, not sure I'd really consider it medium. Returning and bough a different one that has nicer texture and is the real foam that rollers are supposed to be made from.
