Nice sized and firm roller for mild massages

This roller was very easy to use, being light and not too long. It is a good place to start for seriously knotted muscles to begin to relax them before moving on to higher pressure, and better targeting with massage balls.

Harder than expected

I was expecting at least a little give but I got this to lie on and stretch my shoulders and it feels like I'm lying on a board. I guess it would be good if you like a very, very hard roller.
