Both baths cracked within 7 mos- Manf. did send replacements

Unfortunately after 6-7months of use both bird baths developed a crack in center of the bowl and no longer hold water. I did contact the manufacturer and their resolution was to send me ONLY 1 bird bath even though the purchase was for a set of 2 and I sent pictures of both baths showing them the cracks in them PLUS I had to pay the shipping which ended being about half of what it would cost to repurchase the set of 2 again. Really disappointing. The customer service rep. ( Chezka ) that I was in contact with at the manufacturer was extremely nice though and I do appreciate that but not sure I was being told the truth exactly. He said they only had 1 bird bath in stock to send me from their warehouse. I do find that hard to believe honestly. It took approx 2 weeks and many emails back and forth to get a resolution. I really like the baths so I went ahead and paid the $25 shipping fee to have the 1 bird bath sent in replacement of the 2 that I originally purchased but truly hope whatever caused them to crack in the center will be inspected and corrected. I now see these bird baths are listed for $49 for a set of 2 from another company with free shipping so I basically paid full price for the 1 bath to be sent in replacement of the 2 cracked. ;( 4-13-2023 UPDATE They only shipped me the top half of the bird bath instead of the complete bird bath with stand. The top half I was sent has glaze chipping off in several spots. I have contacted the manufacturer again and I am still waiting on a resolution. 5-9-2023 Thanks to Marga in the shipping department I am pleased to say I received 2 complete bird baths in replacement after explaining my problem with the set I purchased. ;)

Not good. The slick film covering flakes off - the first week. Not made well.

Ugh. This looked good online, but it is No Good. The thin slick film that covers the entire basin flakes off - the first week. Also, it is not made of strong material - the base that screws into basin is made of a softer material, and it chips off around the threads, and then it you can't use it on the base. So I had to just take it off the base and set it on the ground. Would have been fine, but the flaking of the clear layer is dangerous to the birds.

I definitely recommend these. They look nice and are durable
