Oversized

I feel the brace is somewhat over sized. Wen I ordered the brace my knee measured 21 1/2" & the brace fit but the was no adjustment for reducing if the swelling went down. After wearing the brace for about a week & a half the knee felt better & measured 19 1/2". As there was no adjustment to make the brace When I first wore the brace it fit as advertised but there was no adjustment left to make it fit a smaller knee even though the sizing for the brace was 20" to 22..

Did then job when nothing else would

Back when I ordered this, I had sprained my knee pretty badly. I needed to stabilise it to see if it'd heal on its own, or whether I'd need a doctor. There was nothing at the pharmacy that fit. This product was comfortable, sturdy, and easy to use and to keep clean. I would say that at the time I was right in the middle of the range of fit for it - 5'10", 340 lbs, mostly on thighs and hips. Postscript - the knee healed nicely, and I no longer weigh anything NEAR 340+ lbs. I included my then-weight in order to be helpful to others in deciding whether this product might fit. Truth of the matter, if this hadn't done its job, I might not have healed as well, and might not have been able to drop the weight.

Good product but doesn't stay on

This is very well made and I suppose would work well if it stayed up. If you have large thighs, it will not. It rolls down. I would like to add that it is pretty true to size, if anything maybe a little on the larger side and not smaller. I wish it would have worked for me, because it is well made for the money. It's just going to sit here and not be used:( Shipping was quick too! This is not the companys fault, if your a larger person, these things happen.

Great product

Only problem I have is over use. I've been having some knee pain after twisting my knee. Have used this for plane rides, long meetings where sitting too long. This helps you from putting your leg / knee into a position that will hurt. Really helped improve. When I wear it too long - 6+ hours, the straps sometimes slide down into my knee. Just need to keep tightening, or wear it a little shorter length. Would definitely buy again.

Very good knee brace

Very good knee brace. I just had knee surgery and the extra support while I recovered was great. I would've given it 5 stars, but even with the velcro, sometimes I had problems with it slipping down. That might be due to the swelling when I put it on, then the swelling going down. Not sure. It's still a very good brace that supported my knee on all sides.

A smaller size would have been better for me

A common complaint in the reviews was sizing, and the brace sliding down the leg. I noticed these complaints in every single knee brace in this size category, regardless of brand. So, sure enough the sizing is not right. The problem is that when there's a lot of fat in the leg, fat squishes. You have to pull the wrap tighter to account for that, and no matter how tight you pull it, it's still going to slide a little, because fat squishes. The brace is helping me, but it would help more if it fit well. A smaller size would have been better for me, because I have to pull it tighter to keep it from sliding too far down my leg. I also find I get better results if I start with it just a touch higher and tighter on my knee than I really want it, and then it settles to a comfortable position.

Pretty Freaking Awesome

This is the first knee brace I have tried and it's pretty awesome. I do long distance running and have recently been experiencing pain in my knee. Which really sucks because I had to stop running. So I did some research and found some knee braces but they were way out of my price range so I looked here on amazon and found this knee brace. The knee brace is awesome I'm really tiny and ordered a small and it fits just right and is comfortable when Irun. I don't experience any knee pain now and I can continue training! Love this brace!!

Very good patellar stabilizer

Knee brace fits as described. I did go to the original website to assure the correct size when ordering. I have severe damage to my right knee and this has helped stabilize to the point that I don't need to walk with a cane anymore. I have tried multiple knee braces in the past, some specifically designed by and for orthopedic surgeons and for me, this one works as well, if not better than others I have.

Order the right size.

Wrong size was ordered. Needed a medium - not a large. Works good but hard to fit properly. My mistake not the shippers nor the manufacturers. Preamble on the screen should have related not to sizes small, medium or large but by inches the same as on the packaging received. Tried to return same but was advised the price had increased to $83.87 plus taxes - a big increase. Tried to reorder but was told I would receive another large size and not a medium. luck of the draw I guess.
