Size Chart Provided is Incorrect

There is nothing wrong with the brace itself, but the sizing chart shown in two places on the description page is incorrect. The seller shows 5X to be for a measurement of 20"-24" or so around the bend of the knee, but the actual box of the brace shows 30"-34" instead. That's a huge difference. The brace seems to be great and of good quality, but it's much too large. Going to try again...

works to the best of it's ability

I have very large thighs and small calfs (big upper leg, small lower leg). I ordered a 5x since I knew that I was going to need it to fit my thigh that measures approximately 29 inches. Surprisingly, this product is slightly too big. I probably could have bought a 4x. I knew that it wouldn't fit the lower part of my leg properly due to such a drastic size different of my leg HOWEVER I'm still able to make it work. I bought this item so I could get back to play softball. You have to wear a leg compressor, knee compressor, or anything on your knee to keep up from sliding down. There's really no knee brace that will stay up if you're my size. I put this brace on over stop of my pants and it stayed on. It slid down once throughout the game but that's because I didn't really take enough time to tightened the bottom. I think when it comes braces that are affordable, this is as good as it's going to get.

Great overall, but

This product is great overall. Comfortable (at least as far as a brace can be). Only catch is that I was right on the cusp on the measurements, so I ordered up. I really wish I had ordered the smaller size, I sometimes have issue with this one slowly sliding down. As I prefer to wear it under clothing, This can be quite an issue with walking through the grocery store. Just imagine a three year old pointing at you and stating in what can only be described as a loud voice, "Momma your knee is falling off!" So I would suggest going toward the smaller side if you have any doubt as I am also sure it will loosen a bit with time and I have only had this one a week.

Not returnable!!!

First the measurements seem off, there isn’t enough Velcro for as tight as it’s needed so of course it’s slipping down when you walk. ***Beware these are NOT returnable!*****

Good brace for the price and larger sizes are available

Braces are a pain to deal with and are usually bulky and not very comfortable. Well this one is still a bit bulky but easy to adjust and rather remarkably remains in place-- which is a big plus. It is available in larger sizes and that is a great thing -- none of the one size fits all bs -- not with these type of braces. It is well work the cost and is easy to clean and maintain.

STAND UP TO TIGHTEN TO ELIMINATE SLIPPAGE!

See lots of reviews complaining of slippage. The key it to stand, THEN tighten these. If you tighten while sitting, your legs/knees are expanded, so no matter how tight you make them, they will slip off when your legs/knees contract when you stand.

Good adjustable straps, excellent quality

I've tried several knee braces and it's really hard finding the variety that don't just read "one size fits most" (which is grossly inaccurate), so I ventured out and got this brace. I'm still tinkering with it to try and get it effective enough, but it's very comfortable and fully adjustable which is nice, as I've had cloth braces that for someone like me who has a tendency to swell in her joints, can start off loose fitting and end up tight as a 12 hour shift drags on.

Buena pero la talla es más grande

Rodillera de buena calidad, solo que la talla no es como se indica. Compre la 4x (para rodillas de entre 48.3 y 50.8) y me quedó sumamente grande, siendo que mi rodilla mide 49.7. No la pude ni ajustar ya que si la apretaba más, los ganchos de los tirantes quedaban bloqueados e inutilizables, dejando de lado el soporte que requiero.

Not great

The top of the brace does not stay up no matter how tight I put it. Always drops over my knee cap causing me pain. Very disappointed
