Poor quality

Wheels keep coming off

Poor disconnect method. Lightweight. Wheel adjustment a little flimsy.

This could be a better product. It's lightweight, which is good. I like that the length is adjustable. I like that the wheel height is adjustable, but the mechanism is a little fiddly and doesn't feel like it will stay in place. The real downfall is trying to detach the tool. It locks in place really well and easily, but the disconnect procedure simply does not work as described in the manual. I contacted customer service and was just told "you're doing it right". I can't imagine the force needed to work as instructed. I can get it off in my own way, but I bought this for my father, and he can't. Takes some twisting/prying. Not just the one I got, as I received a response to a question from another customer with the same issue.

wheels came off

Purchased this product end of last season and used it on a weekly basis. Went to use it for the first time this season after 12 minutes I noticed the wheels came off. I tried to put them back but plastic holding it was broken. I really like the tool but it seems it can't hold up for too long.

Quality product.

Attached trimmer to separately purchased pole that I use to cut grass underneath my vinyl fence. Trimmer works very well but sometimes I have a difficult time detaching the unit from the pole.

This is a very robust clipper/trimmer

Long, long battery life. Doesn't break down like lesser (less expensive) competitors die. The gearbox inside the device doesn't fall apart (like cheaper alternatives.) Has loads of torque, able to deal with a broader range of "stuff" you want to cut down. That said, don't go crazy trying to chew through nails with this.

So easy to trim around things. Even used it to trim a big clump of dead flowers. I liked it so much I got 2 for presents
