Really heavy duty

Work great. 1 star taken away because there is no easy way to mount them with just the one bolt hole that keeps them from slowly rotating. Need a smaller hole for an anti-rotation fastener or, at least a rough mounting surface. Would still buy again since there’s nothing else in this price range.

Large chuck of steel missing out of clamp.

There is a large chunk of steel missing out of the clamp. This will be a weak point and lead to a crack. Clamp is made by the Chinese.

Solid cast iron

Like the description says these are solid cast iron. You bolt them to a work bench or router table with a lag bolt or stove bolt. They are made in china if that matters to you, it does to me, but pretty much anything cast iron is from china these days unless it's a wood-stove. Hope that helps.
