Packaging is unfriendly

The wipes are good but the packaging sucks. I always have to use two hands to get wipes out (not awesome when minding a squirmy, naked, poop-covered baby), they never come out one at a time but rather in a clump of 10+, and then I can't get them nearly back in the package for next time. BB products are my go-to, but a packaging redesign is needed.

Impossible to get one at a time.

Firstly, I signed up to receive these on a regular basis but was not given the reduction in price for the first order so cancelled that. It's impossible to get just one sheet at a time. You end up with a big clump of them and have to stuff the unused ones back into the package creating a big lump which makes it hard to close. I was glad to see I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. For this reason I will not be ordering them again. I have about 6 more packages to use which I'm not happy about.

Incoveniente to grab

These wipes do not feed through the opening well at all. Once you've pulled one out, you have to feel for the lip of the next wipe. I really the easy adhesive lid. So did my toddler.

Great Product Ruined by Poor Packaging

I like the product and it works well on sensitive skin ... in that regard it's perfect. However, I'm deducting two stars for the packaging which, quite simply, is terrible. The dispenser lid is a thin flexible plastic tab affair (see photo) that uses what looks to be a layer of adhesive to bind the lid to the dispenser. It's not a positive closure mechanism (e.g., not like other lids that click into place so you know its locked closed) and when the inevitable happens ... you go to pull out one wipe, get ten, then try to put nine back for the next time - it doesn't work very well because the dispenser surface is no longer flat (because of the nine clumped-together wipes) meaning that there's less area for the adhesive to bind to. The seam between wipes is virtually undetectable both visually and tactilely, leading to a lot of over-dispenses. This is not a problem unique to this product. Why, oh why, can't someone come up with a solution to this? It's a common complaint and an issue the manufacturers seem tone-deaf on. If you have your own dispenser and are transferring these wipes to it, then I would say go ahead and buy without hesitation ... but if not, be aware of the annoying usability problems you'll likely have.
