This ain't cheap. But it is worth every single darn penny.

I used this to squeeze 2 C-shaped commercial grade 2X6 steel studs (the thick ones with the flanges that don't nest) together and hold them while I bolted them together to make box beams. Repeatedly. Turning it by hand only, as per instructions. And I'm 150 Lbs soaking wet, with some arthritis in my hands. So if the Big Box Store ones aren't doing it for you (even craftsman), these will. Believe it.

Heavy duty

Heavy duty. I bought this so I could change bearings on my lathe motor (to press the new bearing on) w/o having to remove the motor. Works great.

This product is well made and will last a lifetime. I bought this for a steam bending form, needed the extra capacity and wanted a clamp that wouldn't fail.
