Super BRIGHT!

This light fixture is replacing the old 100 watt bulb in the garage. It's VERY bright and exactly what I needed when I open the hood or trunk of the car, or trying to find something in the toolbox. It screws into the bulb socket nicely but the lamp itself is very big and will not fit inside of a shade or cover. This works best in the plain ceiling fixtures common in a garage or closet with at least 3 inches of clearance on each side of the socket. The best part is being LED in a low use area, this bulb-fixture will probably out last me!

Bright and heavy

Good light output, illuminates a two-car garage fairly well. It is much heavier than I expected, and well constructed with all LEDs are enclosed behind a clear cover. The only downside is that it takes about a second for the light to turn on after flipping the switch, which takes getting used to.

This lamp is very bright and is very well put together

First, there are no negatives about this lamp. The lamp is instant on, works great with my motion detection lamp. The light is very, extremely bright, so bright that I am concerned that it is too bright as it is like a flashbulb 150' to my street. I like heavy stuff, this is a heavy lamp, it just feels very well constructed. I would say that this lamp is putting out at least 300w equivalent, it is long so check to see if this will fit in your enclosed fixture.

Purchased 30 lights and 14 of them stop working with 9 months

The lights were placed inside enclosures around a lake. The lights are only on at night with a max measure temp of 85 f. They worked great for 9 months, but I guess they are not meant to work in this environment.

Very disappointed

I bought six lights. Two of them burned in less than 2 months. I can't be replacing them every 2 months, the price is high and I have to rent a special lift to change them. Very disappointed.
