So worth the money

These are great. They were easy to install. You will need plumbers putty as there isn’t a rubber washer. They screw in nicely and seal tight. The color matches perfectly with my Blanco brand sink. Would highly recommend. Shipped right away. Excellent product. Metal, not plastic.

Beautiful out of box, BUT

after using for only about a month, the black finish started to wear off revealing a coppery color. Since this was installed in a remodeled kitchen, (including new sink and countertop and cabinets) I am not asking my husband to switch out to another FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. You truly do get what you pay for.

Have been in place for 4 months. Some of the dark paint is trying to scratch off. But for me, not a deal breaker. My kitchen is more a variety of metals vs one metal color and and these matche the free faucet I got from a plummer friend.

No customer Service, Wing Nut Corrosion

Installed this Sink Flange and basket in February 2019 The wing nut assemble has corroded and pitted in 2 months Contacted Westbrass with no response. DO NOT BUY! The following is not included in the product box. Got this finally after speaking with someone in customer service. NOTE: FIRST LINE STATES CERTAIN DISH DETERGENTS CANNOT BE USED TO CLEAN: Do not allow your product to come into contact with any cleansers fortified with ammonia, bleach, grease - cutters or other surfactant chemicals. Soft Scrub®, Dawn Liquid Soap®, Palmolive® or any other combined cleaners contain certain chemical components that will dissolve and remove the finish’s protective coating, and eventually the finish itself. Use only plain warm water and mild soap on a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid using any sponge with a scouring pad to clean your product. It is not necessary to rub hard to remove spots. With the exception of living finishes, all Westbrass decorative finishes are protected by the strongest finish treatments available while maintaining their luxurious appearance. While some finishes are more durable than others, no finish is indestructible. Polished Chrome, Satin Nickel and PVD Polished Brass finishes are the most durable. All other finishes are electroplated; some are then coated to enhance the gloss and durability. “Living” finishes are uncoated, designed to be exposed to the air and other elements, with the intention to age and change in their natural beauty. All of our finishes, plated and living, require some care in use. warrant y The functionality of all products is warranted for a period of one year. All warranties are guaranteed to the original purchaser only. Product problems attributable to abuse, misuse, improper installation, hard water, neglected maintenance or accidental damage are not covered by this warranty. Pretty, but strong chemical smell

Haven't installed yet. Looks beautiful but has an extremely strong chemical smell. Sticker on it says China. Hoping the smell goes away once it's installed

In spite of the appearance of its excellent quality, I had to return it because it was too small a fit for my ancient circa 1956 kitchen sink drain hole.
