Good gloves, but I suppose they aren't for me.
I bought these gloves because in the winter I do snow removal. I wanted gloves that I could wear for the whole shift (3-10 hours) and be able to do thing like answer my phone, pick up the 50lb salt bags, and use my utility knife to cut them open. I also wanted warmth and minor waterproof function. For answering my phone these gloves do not work, they fit my hand nice and snug all around except at the end of the fingers where there is a rubber like material for extra grip, but sadly that grip ruins the ability to press a button on a phone. It still gave me enough finger grip to open up my knife and close it, but that requires a bit less fine movements than pressing a tiny button on a phone. For grip these gloves are AMAZING the rubber like grip on the gloves has a sandpaper like texture that makes it very easy to pick up wet or icy salt bags. The leather like texture on the palm is also good for holding a shovel without your hand slipping. Also the Velcro wrist hook is really nice for keeping snow, ice, or salt out of the glove and giving you an extra bit of insulation. The part that was a con for me, but may very well be good for other people, was how warm they are. They are great for keeping moisture out...but they are so warm (especially while working) so your hands end up sweating and making the inside of the glove wet. They don't seem to have a way to keep the glove dry from the inside out. Just the outside in. So once you take the glove off and let the moisture inside cool down, you cant use them, again until they dry out. These are great gloves for when your hands are really cold, I normally put these on when I'm close to the end of my shift to warm my hands up a little bit. Pros: Great grip, Really sturdy, Name tag, super warm, wrist strap. Cons: Cannot use a phone while wearing, not waterproof from the inside out.

Good gloves, but they ARE NOT WATERPROOF!
I just got these and have not yet had a chance to test them out, but I did notice a few things. They are what I would call "exact" fitting gloves so it's a snug fit and I ordered the 2XL. It's not snug in an uncomfortable way just secure fitting so they won't come off easily. Keep this in mind if you have very large, wired or unusual hands. They feel good and sturdy for now, but I will update after a few uses in normal and or very cold weather conditions. I do like some of the design features tho such as an area to write your name, a protective & stretchable wind flap, as well as increased finger and palm protection. I am a bit concerned, however because these feel more like work gloves rather than winter work gloves and I don't see anything on the package or the product clearly defining the amount and or type of insulation such as "70 grain Thinsulate" etc. I gave them 4 stars since I haven't tested them out yet. Also they're made in Pakistan according to the tag. Next week we're anticipating a drop in temperatures so when I test them out I'll be back to update. UPDATE AS OF 12/5/16 Ok so while I was on my route (I'm a trash / recycling collector within my city) I noticed all of the benefits and flaws in these gloves. There was a light snow the night before and it was just above freezing (around 32-34 degrees) and the snow was slushy so I quickly found out that these gloves are indeed NOT WATERPROOF AT ALL! I was working hard so I gradually noticed, but by the middle of my shift it was quite obvious. My hands were so wet and cold that I didn't want to wear them for the rest of my route which was another 2.5 hours. Also I needed to take them off a few times and between the stiffness of the tips of the fingers and the Velcro closures I caught hell trying to take them off and as others have said if you don't pull them off at the fingers then the linings may come out. Another thing is that they are a little difficult to dry. I wash my work clothes every day then these didn't dry with my regular clothes and they are still not dry after hanging up in a heated house for over 8 hours! They're good cool weather / fall work gloves because your hands won't be cold unless they get wet and they seem fairly sturdy. I am however going to change my rating to 2 stars and seek a return because they are good gloves, but they are not waterproof and because of that they will not keep your hands warm for long......and I don't like being lied to. I will update you on the customer service that I receive and if worse comes to worse I will keep them as a work glove. My finial words of advice is not buy these if you want a waterproof winter glove.

Warm gloves that hold up well to the abuse
I'm a package delivery driver, and I wanted a water proof glove that would keep my hands warm during the cold Midwest winters. This glove fits the bill (pun intended) I ordered an XL, and they fit snug on my large hands. They are indeed water proof, and keep my hands warm, even when the temperature dips well below 0° F. Great versatility allowing me to use my hands freely, and grips packages well without having to worry about dropping or slipping out of my hands. My one complaint is that sometimes it gets to be too warm, and my hands start sweating, but that's not the glove's fault. The gloves will not work with touch screen devices either. This is a solid work glove that holds up well to all the abuse I put it through, and I'll gladly order new pair when I do finally wear this one out. Highly recommend this glove if you're looking for a very warm, versatile glove that is also waterproof.

They run snug.
They seem well built. A product of Pakistan, sold through a US company. I have slightly large hands and usually use a glove sized between large and extra large; I ordered these in XL. Good thing, because they are quite tight! I would suggest going up at least one size from your normal one. I only just received them (fairly long ship time, not the typical Amazon Prime shipment) so it's to be seen if the tightness effects how cold my hands get. I bought them to shovel and blow snow in the winter.

Great pair of gloves!
I'm a huge Amazon shopper and read all the reviews....but never wrote one. So I figure let me help others as I've been helped. These are without a doubt a great pair of gloves! I read reviews on these, of course, before buying and decided to buy them last winter. They are the best pair I've ever worn. Fit is a little snug so size right. I added photos to show that these gloves can go a whole other winter! And I'm a tinknocker and they encounter a lot of sharp sheet metal and cold temperatures. Needless to say I'm wearing them this winter and also purchasing another pair just in case!
