A Bit Pricey - Extremely Versatile - Maybe Overkill in Lots of Situations...

To start with, this is a really well-made tool set. I use it for some situations and I have a Wera Vario set that I like a little better. That's not to say that this set isn't good. It is. However, in some situations, it's just a little cumbersome to carry around all those bits - even a couple - and they can get 'lost' real easily. That's where the Vario set shines, but it doesn't have so many bit options. Frankly, I can be fickle. I also like my old Duracraft with reversible shaft that has reversible bits on each end for some of the menial tasks. So, yes, I like this set. It has almost EVERYTHING you'll ever need, or you can purchase other Wera bits that fit the rapidapter that comes with it. However, sometimes it's just a bit more than too much. Depends. I'm glad I own it for those times when I need it, however it's not my first go-to for a lot of jobs. Maybe, that's a 'take it or leave it' ethic. Pricey too!

Simple quality set is excellent!

This is an exceptional handle and bit set. I have used many different sets for electrical and electronic work through the years and this simple but very well made set may be my last.

Use this at work

I have used this kit at work for over a year now and absolutely love not only this kit but all of the Wera tools that I have used. The quality and craftsmanship were obvious from the first time I used it. One downside in this kit is that there are a startlingly large amount of phillips bits; a total of eighteen. The included Rapidaptor fits nicely into the impact driver we have and can fit into the handle for a little extra reach. The bits are well made and I have yet to strip the tip off of any of the included bits. Sometimes in order to close the case you need to press the case firmly shut and move the latch into the lock position to keep it closed and if you drop the kit it has a tendency to pop open and spill the bits all over the place. I've just learned to double check the latch and keep the kit somewhere that it won't fall. One last note. Depending on your application the tip release can get in the way in tight places. If you need something for an area like that then I'd recommend something like the Wera Kraftform 62 with longer bits. The handle that is included will accept the longer bits from that kit but you'd need someplace to store the bits. Amazon carries the individual bits from this kit and the Kraftform 62.

Poor selection bits put together and wrong description!

"32 Piece set with 30 various bits and one universal bit holder, Features 816 R with quick release chuck, 1/4" ratchet" There is no 1/4" ratchet in the box. Also, this is a bad selection of bits put together. The bits are short and you cant unscrew holes deeper than half a centimeter. Don't buy this. It is useless for majority of what you want to do.
