WE were able to can so much more and easier with the right tools.. Love this small but very helpful tool.

This makes coring pears so much easier!

Much better! Especially if the pears are a little soft. This cut my pear coring in half - a lot of my pears are small and using a spoon or a fruit baller was not working and I was loosing a lot of pear. My hands are not cramping now, either, using this. Whoever thought of this is a genius. I have not been using it enough to vouch for longevity.

Great little tool

I used this while canning pears. It made removing the core and stem so many ch easier. Reduced th Borneo time down considerably.

Best tool for pears

I have four pear trees which give me and the wildlife many pears to enjoy. This tool has made coring the pears a breeze with the least amount of waste. I'm sure it works just as well for apples. Love this tool : )

Super for pears

I love this tool! I have a bosc and bartless pear tree and have tried the center corers but they don't work that well with pears because their cores tend to be asymmetrical. This lets me quickly chop them in half and then minimize waste while I core them all while generating consistent results which looks a lot better jarred then ones I've cored by hand with a pairing knife.

Does not core, it bends

What I disliked about this product is that it is not sturdy at all. It did not core my pear, instead it just bent. I returned the product.

Works well with pears. I have not tried it on any other fruit.

It works very well!
