Beautiful casual bag but not enough support in the bottom...

When first pulling it out of the packaging, I was impressed. This is a beautiful bag reminiscent of one I had in the late sixties in high school. I would have kept it, but as soon as I put anything in it, the bottom collapsed and didn't look good. It needed a piece of heavy cardboard or plastic fit into the bottom to keep its shape. I wanted to keep it!
