OK for the price

Sprayer drips and can not get to stop. It is a very slow drip. Overall easy to install and works great except for the drip

Great faucet!

My wife went to chef school and spent years working in the food industry, so I built her a commercial kitchen in our house, using mostly used commercial equipment. The prep sink that I found was in great shape, but did not have a sprayer like our 3 compartment sink, and my wife really wanted one. All the used sprayer/ faucets I kept finding were in pretty bad shape, so I took my chances on this new one. Very glad I did! Several reviews state that this faucet is very hard to assemble, and is prone to leaking. Well, there are many pieces to put together, and with so many pieces it might be easy to forget a washer or a gasket, or to miss tightening a connection or 2, but anyone familiar with basic plumbing should have no problem doing a successful install. Every part is very well machined, and they even included a bag full of replacement washers and gaskets. I would definitely buy again if needed!

Looks nice hot water doesn't work and leaks.

Let's start with the positives the faucet looks great build quality looks good. I start installing the faucet and notice that where the vertical tube connects to the horizontal bar the one with the faucets. That the threads are not molded properly. Like half of the threading was gone and there was no step at the bottom to hold the Oring. I thought well I'll use extra Teflon tape and screw it together tightly. But it leaks no matter how I tighten it. This is a manufacturers defect. So then once I hook up the water I notice the hot water ran 1/2 the speed of the cold water. Several months have passed and the hot water no longer works at all. I will be opening the hot water valve up to see if I can fix it. I just want to warn others that this faucet looks nice but has defects. I hope the seller can help me out maybe this was a fluke. 5 stars if it had hot water and didn't leak.

Poor instructions, no product support

The product is not really well made. The chrome plating is very thin and scratches off easily when using wrenches. I had to tighten all factory assembled connections. The spray pattern converges to a sharp point about 20” from the sprayer, so it’s more like a nozzle than a shower head. The gasketed connections get loose easily. The only instructions provided were a parts list and mostly unlabeled, very small and blurry pictures of the product. All connections, except where the riser connects to the main valve body, use rubber gaskets and are relatively easy to assemble. The valve body doesn’t have a surface for a gasket, and the riser has a nut threaded on the end that connects to the valve body. The picture has a label at that connection indicating a bushing is involved. There was no bushing included. I emailed Vevor using the Amazon product support page and asked for clarification on how that connection was to be made. After a few emails, Vevor support declined to help me, saying that because Amazon had sold me the sprayer, it was Amazon’s responsibility to provide support. After a lot of searching, I found a number for Amazon product support. The agent there told me it was the manufacturer’s responsibility to provide support, but did offer to connect me with an Amazon department that could help me find a plumber to install (at my expense) the sprayer. I’m very disappointed with both Vevor and Amazon and would not recommend this product.

Glad I found this for the price

bought one and fixed different parts on 3 T&S units... universal fit for commercial and 1/2 the price of T&S and way less than a plumbing supply house. like I said all threads and looks are exactly the same it just doesn't have the letters T and S on it... well worth the buy

Poor Quality

After installing without instructions (just I microscopic diagram of every single part, 90% of which were already assembled), the unit was leaking in one spot despite having the necessary gaskets. I took a bright flashlight, shined it into the unit and noticed the brass threads were crumbling. No way to make it water tight. These units should cost $400-$700 if they are going to be built with quality control and stand up to residential or commercial applications.. Lesson learned.

Will leak from every where.

Bought it to save money. When I put it together it starts leaking everywhere. Even faucet knobs. So lost all that $150.00. Bought another one Krowne commercial sink faucet. I m so happy. No leaks and knobs are so smooth. My opinion never buy off brand stuff. Just waste of money and time. Specially ever buy this brand.

i just buy this Unfortunately I jumped the gun and bought this ahead of when my project was to be completed. I purchased this faucet to use in my barn to wash up calf feeding bottles. I have never actually used this for any purpose than to turn it on to see if the water was plumbed right. After the first night of cold weather ( I am in western WA so 32 degrees is COLD for us) this thing split completely across the whole front, and the water was even shut off to it! Im passed my return date and so I am out the 180 bucks. Lesson learned and will only buy this type of item from a local store where I am able to return their defective junk
