Good product, not so great manufacture customer service

The product is good, however it didn't come with instructions to set the code. I've called and emailed Vevor customer service with no support or response.

Great to use and amazing to have. I live in a apartment building of 12 and there are other apartment buildings. Someone was stealing packages from our building so I got this. I did not use the blocks, I use my own tapcons into the concrete and strong washers and is VERY STURDY. Great box!

Nice box, suits our application, light duty though. Lock is very poor.

The lock is very poor and not very secure. The first came with the lock broken, had to return and reorder. I was told that the lock is not readily available for replacement and has to come from China with a very long lead time.

No instructions. It arrived damaged and there is a part pic 3 we can’t figure out purpose / set up

I feel disappointed because it arrived damaged and the lock does not look as secure. Also the part with the holes seen on your pictures inside the box. Could not figure the purpose of it or how to set it up

How to install.

Did not come with instructions when asked the customer service replied "it's easy doesn't come with a manual and hoped that helps".

No instructions couldnt figure out where the big square metal piece went so did not use it.couldnt change the lock code there was a peice broken off.
