Inconsistent and wrong sizes

In a pack of 100, 3 are wrong sizes (for M3) Overall, product is ok and apart from the wrong sizes, the quality seems to be inconsistent, some a tad thicker than others and some that just appear to be of poor quality with dirty threads. The inconsistency does not bother me as much as the wrong sizes, something I believe should not happen.
