I just received mine today 12/7/2022. I love it. I will update with a picture. It feels soft and elegant. Most of all l finally have a runner that fits.

Great rug at a great price

I purchased this beautiful 8x10 rug in the color blue and the blue is a slate blue which is the coloring I was looking for. The pictures you see on Amazon dipicts the true coloring. The rug is soft to the touch and laid flat after I turned the rug upside down for approximately 4 hrs and before I moved it into the bedroom. It had no smell whatsoever. The coloring in the rug stands out but isn't too bold or too soft looking. I placed my rug on top of an existing rug under our bed so no padding was required. If you are going to put this rug on a hard surface, purchase a pad to protect the rug and to avoid movement. My only complaint was with the packaging. It arrived by UPS and the packaging was torn in various spots. Fortuantely since it was rolled up, only the bottom of the rug got slightly soiled in certain spots. The manufacturer should consider wrapping the rug with a studier plastic to protect the rug or put a piece of thin cardboard under the plastic wrapping. I'm sure in some situations the rug would have to be returned for a replacement if the fabric got too soiled. I have ordered other rugs over the Internet and many vendors do a much better job wrapping their rugs. The rug is well made and I would definitely consider purchasing another rug from this manufacturer.

Finally a Rug that Fits

I really am enjoying this rug. We have a 1920's home that has a long wide hallway. I was so happy to find a rug that is really 36 inches wide. We discovered in searching for a rug that if you type in 13ft x 3ft, most often the results shown are actually only 27 inches in width. This rug fits perfectly. The burgundy is really pretty. The weight is good. It's not too thick. Because it fits so well there is no need for a mat under the rug. There is no odor and it relaxed quickly after following the instructions included. Would highly recommend.
