Good ... but!

The hasps are good but one of hasps was bent on arrival! I had to set it on the concrete and flatten it with a hammer as sending it back would have taken too much time!

Great quality

Overall it was a great product only problem that I had with it is the screws that it comes for mounting or very short they should be longer cuz you could pry it off very easily so I definitely recommend getting longer screws.

Works well

Easy to install and works the way it should. My complaint is , once you twist the lock it locks. My other ones only lock if I put the key in the keyhole and lock it. Some people may like that it locks immediately. I am using it on a gate so I was thinking it would work like my others.

Not heavy duty, but will keep kids out

If you are using this lock to secure the royal jewelry, move on... this lock is a good deterant to kids getting into a snack cabinet, but not locking up anything you really cherish.

Locks automatically

I bought these for my fence gates. They don’t tell you that they are self locking. You will always need a key to open the latch. You can turn the latch closed without the key but it locks automatically and you need the key to unlock it. I just wanted to be able to turn the latch to secure the gate and have the option to lock It sometimes. I returned them without installing them.

Not for outside use

Installed on my shed less than two weeks already showing signs of rusting, nice lock but I would not recommend it for outside use.

Wrong Size

The size 8.5 x 2 x 3.3 inches??? not ........ very deceiving I wanted a large hasp lock and got one about the same size I could get at the hardware store. :(
