Comfortable, Fades quickly, not as small as speedo

OK. This is my daughter's absolute favorite swimsuit. She swims about 5 times a week for about two hours each. We tried Black, Navy blue, and royal blue. Royal blue lost color to periwinkle blue the quickest, next was Navy blue changing into dusky violet, and the black held the longest but became ashy gray. Fitting is not as tight as Speedo. It stretches a bit but not too bad considering the amount of swimming that my daughter does. Yes it fades quickly, but it is the most comfortable swimsuit for her (she is very picky), so I would keep buying this swimsuit. Maybe I will try red next time!

Great Suit!

This swim suit is great once you find the right size! I ordered 2 sizes up after three try-ons so definitely order a size or two up. Perfect suit otherwise, comfortable, modest and high quality. Been wearing it for swims 5-6 days a week for over a month now and have been nothing but loving it.

Leopard Suit

This suit started to fade very quickly. I swim no more than three times a week and after not too much time I was embarrassed to wear this particular suit. The same thing happened to a navy suit that I purchased previous to the black suit. I’ll probably not purchase a TYR suit again.

Size up! Runs very small

Once I got the fit right, I was happy with the product. It runs VERY small. I am 5’7” and 145lbs, I wear size 4-6 in jeans. I needed the XL size to get it up over my hips and comfortable. Made me wonder if it was meant for children’s sizes, but it says women’s.

Surprisingly big enough

I was worried this suit would be too small, but it’s just how I want it to fit. I am a masters swimmer and I have lost a lot of weight recently so I wanted to get out of the huge speedo I had and be more comfortable while swimming. I ordered a 42. I’m 5’10” and 210 lbs

Size was not accurate

This product was way too small. It was like kid size not adult size. Unfortunately, can't rate the quality because I couldn't wear it.

Nice fit but color fades too fast

I am a plus size lap swimmer and was so happy about the fit of this suit when it arrived - its meant for lap swimming/is fully lined and no obnoxious bra pads for "support." Its brilliant blue was a fun color too, only it started fading with each swim (despite rinsing it off in shower after each swim) and now, a month later, the belly button is practically white (not where I want to draw anyone's eye!) and the rest is a sad, dull blue. I'm dreading when it becomes entirely see-through (probably another month or so at this rate & I only swim 2-3 times a week for 50-90min!) Not ok!

The quality is there

Great swim suit and the colour is bright. We had to return it because it was tinny. I did look at sizing chart. I should of bought one or two sizes up!

Faded

This suit was not a TYR suit. I should have figured that out when I ordered it. It has kept it's shape but has faded so much which really doesn't bother me but that may put some folks off it they wanted it to look nice.

First one was so good I bought 4 more!

When you find that perfect piece of clothing or shoe, the smart thing to do is buy a bunch in every colour so you never run out! That's what I've done with this swimsuit. It fits comfortably and lasts longer than other brands (I always come back to Tyr for durability). I use it in all kinds of different water... sea, heavily chlorinated pools, lakes... and it still holds up well. I'm 5'9" and usually wear size 14-16 clothing. The size 42 swimsuit fits perfectly. Freedom in range of motion, doesn't feel tight on the shoulders or back. Highly recommend!

Oui, il est fait petit.

En me fiant à un guide de tailles pour les maillots TYR que j'ai trouvé , j'aurais dû prendre un 32. Ayant lu les commentaires qui disaient que les maillots étaient faits petits, j'ai pris un 34 et il est très serré, mais ça fait mon affaire; j'aime mieux plus serré que pas assez. Je ne l'ai utilisé qu'une seule fois pour le moment, mais je suis satisfaite; la qualité semble bonne.
